Will my adrenals (stage 5 or so) be able to handle doing this? Do I need to be on the Candida/yeast diet at the same time, and would I need to stay on that diet forever? Thanks in advance for response. -Sharon ~Texas wrote: > Sharon, > > If you have thrush, it is a problem with yeast and not just in > your mouth. > > Olive leaf is one of the very best treatments for yeast. > Start with 450 mgs a day for 3 days slowly increasing to > 2,000 mgs a day by day 7. 2,000 mgs a day for 7 more days > and it should all be gone you can stop the olive leaf and or slowly > reduce it. > > The reason for the slow increase is it works so well you may get > sick from the die off if you do not. > > Taking activated charcoal and or clay with it works great for removing > the die off.
