According to the USPS, it is " out for delivery " as of April 14th and they can't do anything else unless a request for inquiry is received by the sender. Apparently if a package comes from overseas, it is the responsibility of the sender to file an inquiry--the intended recipient can't do anything and the USPS WON'T do anything. According to the source, they will attempt to file a claim with the Mexican mail but will not give me a credit until the package is returned. Didn't receive it so I obviously can't return it. Has anyone else had this issue? Any tips for getting it resolved? I'd hate to have thrown away $100 and I was planning to switch over from SRT3 this week.
