This is another old e-mail that I am just now getting around too. Sorry. :(

Thanks Randie! I am afraid that I will be back out of leeway this week though.

<ugh> No exercise is the cause but I have been ill all week and haven't felt

like doing anything after work but sleep. I'm sorry. It'll be gone next week

though. Glad I'm off this week so I can focus on walking more. It's hard to get

any exercise in on my 7 off. I promise I will continue to work on that and do my

best.

The pains I have had in my neck/chest area are still there. Somedays they are

better and somedays they are worse. It's never ending and it's been 4 years now.

I have been to PCP, dermatologist, internal medicine, neurologist, and physical

therapist. I kind of gave up on it and just dealt with it after my PT didn't

work but now I'm starting to work on it again. I want to fix my posture and back

pain first. I have bad posture. Have had it ever since I started gaining weight

and it didn't get any better after I lost the weight. I wanted to go to a back

doctor about it and he has schedule PT that I start on Monday. The last PT was

focused on an HNP in my neck that was probably causing the chest/neck pain. NOPE

because it didn't change. They didn't really focus on my posture. This time is

all about posture. I found a pain management doctor that I will go to in

December about my neck and chest. Maybe he has some ideas. I have a dentist

appointment tomorrow which is cool. I want to go to my PCP about my allergies

because they are getting old and some other things. Like I told my mom the other

day.....I want a new body. Where can I place my order? LOL!

Roll Call/Exercise ()

I lost 3 lbs. this week.

I am back in leeway 1.50 lbs. OVER goal.

I hope to be under goal next Thursday.

I have set up some goals to get me back on track and heading to 7 under my

goal.

Goal #1 is to lose 1.75 lbs. and get UNDER goal.

Goal #2 is to lose 3.50 lbs. and start Century Club again and for good this

time. I want to receive my medallion at SRD 2007 NOT 2008. Plus I want to get

recognized as a 100 lb. loser at SRD 2006 so I have to be 194 or under by SRD to

get it right? That's my 100 lb. loss mark.

Goal #3 is to lose 6.50 lbs. and get to 191 and turn in my new goal slip of

191.

Goal #4 is to lose 13.50 lbs. and get to 189 which is 7 under my new goal and

stay there! ! ! !

I have set these goals for my self and let my TOPS/KOPS pals know about them.

Seeing them in writing and telling my pals about them will help me ACCOMPLISH

them.

Exercise was 10 hours this week. Walked a lot after work plus a few times

around work and walked a TON at BUZZFest. Boy did we park far away and you walk

back and forth all day from the side stage to the main stage. I know that was

what attributed to my loss this week.

I drank 80 plus oz. of water everyday. I always take four 16 oz. bottles of

Ozarka to work. I added an extra bottle every day this week.

I kept my food chart all week long. Thanks to all for sending me their online

charts that I requested. I am more reliable to type it online and print it each

week than actually write it down.

I was able to resist late night eating all week this week from Friday -

Wednesday. I was on my 7 on and get home at 12:30 and usually cave in and eat

something but I did not! I'm proud of myself! Extra points Melody? :)

For Texas TOPS: I contacted my teammates and my partner all week. I challenged

my partner and she challenged me and we both accomplished our challenges. I even

challenged a member of my chapter this week. She accepted the challenge to go

around 3 times at Curves instead of 2 and have a 1 lb. loss next week. She was

excited to accept the challenge and I will keep in touch with her this week via

e-mail to see how she's doing.

Wanna give me extra points Melody for getting back in leeway again in one

week? LOL! :)

And I think that's about it.

Have a great weekend everyone. I have a jam packed weekend ahead of me with a

birthday party, a Halloween party, and the Texas Renessaince festival. I am

going to do my darndest to be good and overcome these hurdles and have a LOSS

this week. I pledge to be a MUCH better KOPS.

Fantistic, . I am so proud of you I am almost in tears. It's amazing what a lot of determination will do. With losses lilke you had this week, it is certainly a possibility that you will be 5 below by the end of the contest, and we can have our lunch I promised you.

guess that's why a lot of people act like their goal is the top of their leeway. It helps them stay on

track an not get out of leeway (go above goal). I should start doing that. And I had forgotten about

our lunch. It would great to have lunch with you someday. I better get busy! :)

Roll Call/Exercise ()

Our chapter had a weigh in only tonight since we have no meeting on Thanksgiving Day. Only two of us showed up! I am very proud to say that I stuck to my guns and stayed on track and yes I remembered the "S" in KOPS and made it back in leeway in just 5 days instead of 7. That I'm not shocked about. I knew I could do it if I really put my mind to it. I needed to lose 2.50 lbs. I knew I could do that. I was shocked to have lost 4.25 lbs.! I did not expect that but I will certainly take it! Our chapter had a weigh in only tonight since we have no meeting on Thanksgiving Day. Only two of us showed up! I am very proud to say that I stuck to my guns and stayed on track and yes I remembered the "S" in KOPS and made it back in leeway in just 5 days instead of 7. That I'm not shocked about. I knew I could do it if I really put my mind to it. I needed to lose 2.50 lbs. I knew I could do that. I was shocked to have lost 4.25 lbs.! I did not expect that but I will certainly take it! Thanks Randie! I knew I could do it. I was just worried about having one of

those I WORKED MY BUTT OFF AND DIDN'T LOSE kind of weeks because you know they

are always possible. Thank goodness this week wasn't one of those weeks. :) I am

going to do my best to NOT get out of leeway again. I am eating my bananas and

apples so far. This weekend I'm grilling turkey burgers and veggies outside.

Should be fun and very healthy. And my mother is a wonderful cook! I miss her

cookie. I love her lasagna, spaghetti, meatloaf, and pretty much anything she

makes especially her Thanksgiving dinner. I will cheat but not too much! :) I

also plan on going for a walk Thanksgiving night when I get back home. I'll find

someone to walk with or drag Jordan out.

~ Just wonderin' how you can have an excuse for 'lack of weigh in clothes' when you don't wear undies anyway !!!!! LOL !!!!!!!!! Glad you're getting better and at least you now have FIVE hours of dental work behind you !!!!! Hugs, Randie

Excused due to lack of weigh in clothes, being shorthanded here at work yesterday, and due to not feeling well. I am feeling much better today. A full night of sleep really helped. Thank you Tylenold PM! LOL! According to my scale I did gain BUT all I care about is that I was in leeway. THANK GOODNESS! I went to lunch with an old friend on Wednesday and she took me to PF Changs so I am sure my gain was sodium. I ate well but Asian food is loaded with sodium. I was down for the count Tuesday and Wednesday so I didn't get to walk or exercise. I had 5 hours of dental work done on Tuesday and I was tired and sore. I am feeling much, much better today. I did get in 4 hours of walking this week plus 2 hours of walking around The Galleria two or three days for a total of 6 hours. I did have a food chart. I did contact my team and I wrote my partner e-mails even though she was out of town. I drank 64 oz. of water every day. I contacted my weight mates. I respond to all the rolls calls and ke GO TEAM 1! ! ! Let's move back to 1st place this week. WE CAN DO IT!Your KOPS Pal Always, , Jr.TOPS #TX 1432, Spring
