Most mercury poisoned people get worse with chlorella, some extremely

ill, and it does nothing to help. Don't do it.

Andy advises against chlorella.

That's what I thought, but now I'm wondering what should I take prior

and should I bother to tell the dentist? They are taking all the

correct percautions for actually removing the amalgams and I want them

out.

The basic supplements from Andy Cutler's list (see p 133-134 of

" Amalgam Illness " or look through the " Andy Index " from the links

section. It is important to take lots of antioxidants (vitamin C,

vitamin E), Mg, omega 3 (fish oil, cod liver oil, or flax oil), Zn,

and others.

Some people say not to take vitamin C on the day of removal because it

interferes with the anaesthetic. I did every time (poor memory) and

it didn't seem to be a problem.

Vitamin C IVs during removal are beneficial, and also can be

expensive. Make sure that they don't add glutathione to the IV.

There may be diet modifications that will help with symptoms. See the

diet section of " Amalgam Illness " and the file " Diet - How to pick the

right one for your kid " in the files section here.

Use techniques to calm yourself.

No need to tell the dentist.

Hope everything goes well.
