I have used more in the past and it did not seem to do more than i am

taking now.

OK, I have not heard of people taking it for this. Do you happen to

know where i can read more about bone/cartilage forming related to

sulfation ?

Not usually problems with swelling, just a " rough surface " like its

not lubricated enough. I havent really looked into an adrenal test. I

would prefer something i can check myself without a doctor. I read

about the adrenal eye test with a bright light here and my iris does

vary slightly but so does my wifes and also my doughter so i guess its

not very bad.

No!, exposure to pollen :)

It felt like the worse the hay fever the worse the joints fell. It was

kind of an inflamed feeling in mostly in my hips this time though, so

different than my normal " cracking " joints.

I dont usually have this so i consider it to be different to what i

normally feel.

Its hard to say exactly as i have only had these problems occasionally

for the last year. My doctor sent me away the first time i went there

with pain in the knee and said it was nothing to be worried about..

If its because of the murcury i should know after a few rounds right ?

Thanks ,
