I just tried cutting the baby carrots and they do appear to have a

ring! They're the Organic Bunny-Luv Classic Cut and Peeled Baby

Carrots. I've seen 1 or 2 pound bags of them in the regular grocery

stores in Texas, as well as the big 5 pound bag at Costco.

Then you may be in luck. THe only other negative I know is that some

people react to the veggie wash used on the baby carrots. With regular

carrots, this isn't an issue as we usually peel them, and that removes

it. With baby carrots, we just start munching.

But, if things are going OK at your place, then you may not have that as

a problem.
