I give myself B12 shots weekly using an insulin syringe. My labs show

my B12 high, above range. My doctor wants it to stay like that. If

they make any difference in how I feel I sure would hate to be without

them. I am very anemic and we have never found anything that brings

the labs up.

Betty

If so, what type do u use? i know u can buy and administer the shots

yourself and it's less expensive. (although would rather do nasal, cuz

needles freak me out) I'm looking for something that works fast

…especially on the really hard days, otherwise i am going to have to

increase my ADHD stimulant meds and don't like doing that.

So any ideas would be great.

I think you're right, your adrenal status may have changed in the 10 months

since you've had the saliva test, it is probably worth repeating, if possible.

While all the other adrenal tests you listed may be useful, the single most

useful one for me was the aldosterone/renin. It is usually recommended here to

avoid all salt for 24 hours prior to this test.
