Guest guest
May 28th 2010:0.25 Vit D : 93 (37 - 131 nmol/l)1.25 Vit D : 178 (42 - 169 pmol/l)So these results aren't bad at all! I did _not_ stop supplementing my 2000 iu D3 before this test. And I've been getting some sun outdoors lately as well! There is also Vitamin D in my soya yoghurt - BUT it's D2. D2 is not good, and they only put it in there because it's cheaper than D3. Anyway... What do you say guys? The over the top range 1.25 isn't something to worry about is it?
