I increased twice after the dose I settled on post clearance.

as my body settled down it seemed to tolerate/need more.

cynomel (which I guess is not that much, but I am quite a small woman...) and

today reduced a bit HC to 22.5.

Go up by 12.5 and see what happens.

If temperatures go unstable you may have to go up on the HC as well
