Guest guest
I have problems with joint craking and joint pain. Been to a rheumatologist who was no use. Currently trying vitamin D supplements thou I'm not sure if they are doing much. Glucosamine didn't work for me. Magnesium seems to help. Zinc makes it much worse. I took calcium the last few days and its flared up worse than it has in quite a while. Frequent low dose chelation helps ever so slowly, however if I push any given round longer than 5 days it flairs up fairly badly. Not only can noone give me a half-decent explantion for this, noone can even pretend to bluff a half-assed explanation. In fact even though its the symptom that causes me the most pain most people I've gone to see about it just ignore it and focus on other things. --------------------------------- Get your own web address. I have heard it mentioned that these type of joint issues can be helped with thyroid hormone on occasion. Maybe even the para-thyroid is out, it regulates calcium. I'm a PT and I don't even know what causes this. Neither have I ever had a half decent explanation. My feeling is it has something to do with mineral levels and balances. Something to do with how the minerals interplay with each other. Of course mercury affects this. Dr Eck says that you can never give one mineral without affecting all the others simultaneously. They do hair tests with unwashed hair and give interesting reports about exactly what mineral to take to improve overall balance, But of course they have no idea of the counting rules. Actually my regular GP will complain about it being a bit " too low " for him -- I remind him that he's happy with my cholestrol and I have nojoint pain and he can just humor me He is realizing that a slightly low number on his scale is perfect for my body.... He's kind of used me as a guinea pig for T3 supplementation and that studies are finally coming out with that supports a higher T3 amounts in the body - the active bioavailable form of thyroid hormone - for deficent / thyroid defective people and that it helps lower LDL cholestrol levels and helps the joint pain. Oh yeah, I've also quit having bleeding gums... but the chelation of the lead also helped with that, too. But now I dont even bleed when I floss and I used to bleed all over the place when I flossed, even before the lead poinsoning. I didnt have the amount of T3 in me like I do now [12.5 mcg 2x/day] Do you know for usre you have toxic metal overload? // DA
Guest guest
I've always had a poppy body - couldn't go upstairs without setting off fireworks. I frequently had hiccups too. Was told that the body being too acidic (meats, grains, sugar, dairy etc.) can create these symptoms. My diet has changed radically (more veg), and I've included Kukicha tea - to promote more alkalinity. There is much less popping, and as a result less joint pain (had bursitis in both hips at age 13) - and less hiccups : ) > I have problems with joint craking and joint pain.
