Due to a thyroid dump a few weeks ago while trying hc cream and prior

to that, taking cynomel in larger doses (not changing total amt.

taken), I experienced terrible low cortisol problems. I tried the hc

cream and it didn't work, I also added approx. 7.5 mgs. hc to my

normal oral dose and still had so many low adrenal symptoms. I know my

digestive system is a mess, so yesterday started taking hc sublingually

(the good thing is it dissolves so quickly)... you know I'm desperate...

So, I made two changes yesterday: taking both medicines every 3 hours

and taking hc sublingual. Anyway, what do you think of my hc/cynomel

schedule (I used to take both medicines every 4 hours, but went to 3

hrs and reduced my 1st dose of cynomel due to adrenal pain when taking

it at 25 mgs.)...

HC

10-7.5-5-5-2.5-2.5= 37.5 (my usual dose is 32.5, tapering down to that)

Cynomel-

12.5-12.5-12.5-12.5-6.25-6.25=62.5 mgs.

I am starting to feel much better since taking the hc/cynomel every 3

hrs. and after changing to sublingual for the hc (I always did the

cynomel sublingual). But I think I may be taking the cynomel too close

together??

If you are feeliing better it is FINE for oyu. I have often thought T3

needs ot be taken really often to avoid the ups and downs, it is a shame

that MOST SRT3 is subpotent or i would heartily recommend it, but in the

meantime this seems ot work best for folks wiht weak adrenals.
