This is dangerous! You can chelate mercury out of your amalgams

and poison yourself more. Wait until four days after removal.

What is the theory around waiting 4 days until after removal?

I would have though the sooner the better?

And does on always start on 12.5mg anyway?

I understand about waiting 3 months for ALA so you don't carry more into the

brain/cells.
