I know I've read where Andy doesn't advise putting off chelation

to heal the gut - since part of the problem is mercury anyway.

But, if I'm dealing with absorbtion issues I don't see the point

of taking all the supplements he recommends with chelation because

as he says - its an expensive waste of time.

I'm just really confused what to do first. Since chelation stirs

up yeast - I don't want to make myself any worse. I'm taking

probiotics and enzymes -- is there more I can do?

Also, which supps won't be a waste when you're dealing with

malnutrition issues?

I'm sure this is a fairly common situation - so how have people

dealt with is before?

Thanks,
