Guest guest
What if you have done all that and still have cortisol off? " getting a deep sleep " is easier said than done. I haven't had a deep sleep in decades. And even then it was only a few times a year. Lowering cortisol can make you healthier<< I am sorry but this is so much BULL! I HAD high cortiosl and did all the above and it did nothing to change my high cortiosl. What did work was finding the CAAUSE of it and removing it. My cause was low thyroid and hgih blood sugar. NO ONE could destress mroe than I have in the last 10 years. I have cut out bosses, jobns that were stresful, working on any animals that stressed me, relative,s, boyfriends, FRIENDS, and basically eveyrthing stressfulin my life toill I had nothign left but my own business which si successful and FUN and easy hours and no drugs only organic foods, and good vitamins, praying and yes meditation. It did NOTHING to fix my high cortiosl until I got rid of excess RT3 and high blood suugar which was not the result of high cortilsl but one of the CAUSES of it. To assume thta stress is the entire cause of high cortils is to make a real diagnostic mistake. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
