Algin is not part of Andy's protocol, and not recommended. If you

check the archives in the adult-metal-chelation group you will find

numerous discussions about it, and reports from adults who have had

negative reactions to it. If you use onibasu.com you may be able to

find posts from Andy about it (I can't recall exactly what he said

about that one).
