Guest guest
I haven't before, but I was going to try it this next time and see if it helps. Rie A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. Guest guest
I thought about it too, but would have to take it for the 2.5 weeks prior to my period starting. Then, I'd definitely have to taper off. Does anyone else have severe PMS (mostly extreme fatigue) for extended amounts of time before their period? Thanks, Sara > > I haven't before, but I was going to try it this next time and see if it > helps. > > Rie

Like, the first day I start, I can barely move at all. A doc offered me progesterone pills and I was hesitant because I had to take them, too, like two weeks out of the month, and then just stop for a week or so. I might try them one of these months if all the vitamins im on doesnt hellp my adrenals enough to get some sort of relief. I heard the progesterone cream is better, donno where to get it though? nor what to buy. > > >
Guest guest
i've heard miracles progesterone cream has done for people, but i happen to be one it didn't do so well on...i even suspect i had estrogen dominance but on the progesterone cream i had horrible night sweats and more fatigue. looking back with all i've learned and tested for now i am thinking what i thought to be estrogen dominance actually has been near flatlined cortisol and hypothyroidism. i know they can mimic so many diseases and i'm wondering if estrogen dominance is one. > > > > > > > > I thought about it too, but would have to take it for the 2.5 weeks > > prior to my period starting.
