Guest guest Posted May 2, 2010 Report Share Posted May 2, 2010 I had to drop my T3 from 75 mcg to 25 mcg last week and when I did this I felt fantastic for the first few days and then I knew I felt I had to increase which I did. I'm up to 50 mcg now and feeling great. My heart rate is around 88 which is way better than 106. But, I have been retaining water and adding on one pound a day, which makes it 6 pounds in one week. I can't increase my T3 until I get my tempts stable and everything else fixed. What do I do about the water retention? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
