Guest guest
Hi everyone.... so how advanced are Bubbie's dill pickles??? My baby is eating them for occupational therapy (to stimulate his chubby low tone cheeks...having low tone in your cheeks is supposedly an issue but they are luscious to kiss and snuggle...just like soft dinner rolls except on a yummy smelling baby with dimples and soft skin...babies are the best) Anyway, he loves them and so would my older boys but they are cucumbers and unpeeled....and we haven't intro'ed cucumbers yet because we don't do raw veggies and they have never, ever liked raw cukes (neither does mama) but a salty, garlicky pickle is another thing ALTOGETHER!!! So....is this advanced like a) well, it would just be the first unpeeled veggie (they already eat cooked unpeeled blueberries regularly with no problem) or advanced like it might cause major D or it might be fine, just depends on the person or advanced like c) What the heck are you thinking, lady?? Pickles are as advanced as raisins (this is my worst case, most advanced scenario since raisins are BAAAAAD for my boys), you gotta be nuts!! What's the verdict? I am fearful of trying and screwing up unbelievably quick and almost painless progress on this diet. Bless Elaine!!!!! Thanks, Chrissy mama to 3 boys on SCD 2 months
