Guest guest
I'm not sure anyone else has experienced this but I have had for a long time lower than normal (<30 mg/DL) HDL cholesterol levels. I just attributed it to the lack of aerobic exercise that I can't handle. I'm now aware of the low thyroid connection to irregular cholesterol levels. (AI, page 129) The belated spike in HDL that followed my supplementing with inositol coincided in a dramatic decrease in my symptoms particularly when chelating. I'm chelating with ALA only at 25mg/3hrs five days on seven days off. Because I have autoimmune complex, I'm cautious about DMSA. It could be addressing a deficiency peculiar to me, but 3 gms of inositol is very effective in calming everything down.
