Guest guest
I've had a lot of problems with joint pains - although mine were there before I was on chelation, mind you they came on whilst I was on a high thiol diet and eating a lot of tuna - not smart, but i dind't know anything about mercury at that point. I've spoken to a number of experts about this an no-one can give me any clues. On thing I've recently found very helpful is to take plenty of phosphtidylcholine. I've also found that zinc makes it much worse in my case, magnesium relieves it a little. Can you give us more info about your joint problems? How do they affect you? What chelation protocol are you on ? --------------------------------- Ahhh...imagining that irresistible " new car " smell? Check outnew cars at Yahoo! Autos. Guest guest
Better then phosphtidylcholine are EPL's or Essential PhosoLipids. Below is where I get mine and an explanation of how they work. http://www.springboard4health.com/store/more_lipoflow.html RO Re:Joint pains I've had a lot of problems with joint pains - although mine were there before I was on chelation, mind you they came on whilst I was on a high thiol diet and eating a lot of tuna - not smart, but i dind't know anything about mercury at that point. Guest guest
I've taken glucosamine for at least 10 years and feel it's really slowed down advancement of osteoarthritis. I actually started brisk walking/running in my late 30's after starting to take this for maybe a year, and combined, it also kept hip bursitis in check. It's really important, however, to avoid unnecessary strain and back off with what you're doing when a joint is bothering you, i.e., a painful little 'sac' was developing in my left wrist. When I realized I'd propped my head on it for years, I stopped & started doing some flexibility-type exercise (from Qi-Gong) with both wrists and it seems to have cleared. I also suspect omega oils, magnesium, and calcium supplementation have contributed to improvement since I was very ill with mercury toxicity. Any progress with supplementation can be so slow that you have to be very intuitive, well-informed with it, and keep some type of records of what you've done and responses you get. While chelating, I'm getting some unusual achiness in joints, i.e. in the jaws, that passes, which I attribute to movement of metals & perhaps rebuilding of healthy tissue. Guest guest
thx robert but i believe its the choline that helps with my joint symptoms and that product you mention is only 70% phosphatidyl choline. I'll stick to the 100% phosphatidyl choline > > Better then phosphtidylcholine are EPL's or Essential PhosoLipids.
