I used licorice solid extract, 1/4 t. twice daily.

I am not sure how frequently I took it. I had some bad experiences

with increased chemical sensitivity with it, which at first I did

not understand and thought it was licorice causing severe anxiety.

So I would take it for a few days, have a bad experience, not take

it for awhile, try again, etc. I finally figured out what

exposures to avoid when I took it - and it must have been around

that time I got some niacinamide and started experimenting with that.

I am sure I took it more than 1 week per month total, at least

during some periods.

I am not sure why Andy says one week per month.

Maybe it was stimulating my adrenals, but didn't feel that way to me.

I felt brighter but immensely calmed - that could have been the

ashwagandha, too, which I definitely took every day for a good six

months or so. I was fairly dependent on the ashwagandha and had to

wean off it.
