Guest guest
Sue, Made them and only had to add 3/4 white rice flour to get the thickness from a g recipe plus also in using up extra batter have found that batter makes me a perfect hamb bun because I don't like those thick ones, am also thinking about adding spices to next batch to see what a spicy bun tastes like. I am ever so happy with myself for being brave and experimenting and thanks for your suggestion Coleen Re: GF Funnel Cakes? I'm a little late replying to this post but I just saw a show on Food TV late last night where he shows how to make funnel cakes. It's at the end of the program and they're not GF but I'm sure you'd just have to replace the flour with GF flour mix. The show was "Good Eats" the episode was "Choux Shine" #EA1F09 and it will replay on 6-20 at 7pm EST. You can also see the recipe at www.foodtv.com and search for the episode number.Good Eating!Sue in Calif>> Hello all...> > Has anyone here made GF funnel cakes? Guest guest
you can make a great Choux, using Potato Starch Flour., margarine and eggs This is how I make my eclairs, and cream puffs. I'll see if I can go dig the recipe up.
