Guest guest
" The way I use Lugol's is to put a drop on my arm. If it disappears in 24 h I need to use it. If it is still there in 24 h I have enough. Makes dosing easy. (Got this idea from my pharmacist). " Any particular brand of Lugol's one should look for? Suggestion where to buy Lugol's? Thanks, Bill
Guest guest
If you are looking for lots of info I have found this Iodine group to be a wealth of info the past year, lots of links in their files and links section on everything you'd want to know about every type of iodine and therapies, all different tests etc. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/iodine here are some instructions I use for the iodine patch test. As my retired ND says 'take a drop a day for the rest of your life'. If I need more, I take more, but I also continue to take a drop a day. http://www.wellnesswithin.com/articles/Iodine%20Patch%20Test.pdf warmly wendy canada > > " The way I use Lugol's is to put a drop on my arm. Guest guest
The Lugol's I have is made by Xenex Labs, obtained from a local pharmacy. I think most suppliers would be ok. It is just a standard 5% iodine solution. > > " The way I use Lugol's is to put a drop on my arm. If it disappears in > 24 h I need to use it.
