pecan is easiest but if you have a processer just make your own into butter to

start and that can be used cup for cup instead of flour in any recipe -I'm just

testing the flour now to make sure i can someday work into traveling with nuts

to eat - SOMEDAY

Just look at the various recipies. Almond flour is pretty standardfor baked goods. Pecan flour is easier to digest but I found it a bitclumpy. Only used it once though. Cashew flour is tougher to digest(cashews are starchy). I haven't used any others.Very helpful, thanks! Pour Dieu, pour terre,Alyssa =D
