Just a thought- I am a relearning ob-gyn! If the DIM is lowering your estrogen,

you may be changing your hormonal ratios similar to when you have a cycle. Do

you have any labs?? A monthly hormonal panel from Diagnostechs could be useful

if you have not done anything, but it sounds like you have if you are using DIM-

why are you trying to lower your estrogen levels?????????
