Hi,

How do I raise my Cortef levels if I started on 5 mg from the start and that

has been my only dose? Do I back down my dose and follow the dosing

schedule in the files?

I have been very sick for the last 4 days and I cannot seem to get better.

How do I do the stress dosing?

No you would just pick up from the 5mg and continue up from there following the

ramp up schedule.

You don't need to back down you dose if you have only been doing 5 mg but I

would use the ramp up in the files. Just start adding 2.5 mg increments.

Some people need to ramp up quicker too. I wish I had.
