White, or silver rum is fine. Gold or dark rum may have caramel or other

sugars added to it. (If it was real rum, properly aged in oak barrels,

Thanks! Can't wait to make them like my mom does -- frozen so you have to eat

them with a spoon. Good for Texas summers.
