Hi. A friend of mine is going to take care of her single brother after his

resection. I've loaded her up with the book, sample frozen muffins to eat when

he's advanced (but maybe just seeing them won't make it so hard to start the

diet - they'll be the dangling carrot to get to stage 3 or 4 !)

He'll have to get a yogurt machine first and wrap his mind around it all, but

thought maybe she should run out and get some BioKult while he's still in the

hospital and take that until he gets the yogurt going.

I told her DO NOT do the white rice, bread thing when he comes come but start on

stage 1 asap.

Anything else one would advice a caregiver to a potential newbie after surgery?

thanks to our great network, I have a phone number of someone in the area that

he can call.

Thanks !
