Guest guest
I have a problem with the tightness and kind of a spasmy feeling between my shoulder blades too--- and it usually happens when I'm really feeling bad. I don't take hc -- just adrenal glandulars and armour...but the tightness was there even before I began any treatment. What is that? A low thyroid or low adrenal symptom? Guest guest
Hi, I am taking Cortisol SR and have been doing good. II am taking 5-2.5-2.5-2.5. Yesterday, I did 5-5-2.5, but was waking up with a pain in my back between the shoulder blades, kind of a tightness. I thought maybe I was getting a little too much, so I only did 5 in morning and 2.5 at noon. Now, I am starting to have the holding my breath problem or not getting a relaxed abdominal breath. This would happen every day before I started the Cortisol. Does this mean I need go back up on my dose because it is wearing off or do you think it is a hypo symptom? My temps in the morning have been 97.4-97.8. I am still trying to get a routine with my adrenal temps. They have been kinda all over 96 to 98.6 averages. I am only taking 30 mcg of T3.
