Hi there,

I started T3 6 days ago - my temps have been stable for around 6 weeks and my

ferritin was 97 (not inflmmation) before starting. I started on 12.5mcg twice a

day. The first 3 days I had absolutely no side effects. But on the 4th day, I

noticed that my BP was a little lower when I woke up in the morning, but I

didn't think anything of it. My av temp that day was still stable (around 37.1

which is usual for me as I am post-ovulation). I also felt a bit nauseas after

taking my daily multi around lunch time that day.

Anyhow, the next day, I raised my T3 by 6.25 (but I added that dose in just

before bed). Thus I was on the same 25mcg dose that day up until my bedtime

dose. However, that day my temp went up to an average of 37.2. But that is still

within 0.1C of my usual 37.1 So I didn't worry about it.

Now, today, after taking that 6.25mcg dose at bedtime, my first temp of the day

is 37.3 and my BP this more was still a bit lower than usual. And I seem to be

sweating a lot eventhough it's cold today. I also felt nauseas again after

taking my multi, but I did sleep a bit better last night than the night before.

My pulse is not higher than usual - around 65-70 at rest, but I have noticed

that since starting to take my pulse regularly because of this T3 treatment, my

pulse goes up really quickly at the SMALLEST stress (even just getting out of

bed) - but usualy not more than 100. I think that has been going on for a number

of weeks, but it may just be that I am VERY unfit as I stopped all exercise

about a year ago to help my adrenals.

Any ideas what I should do?

Thanks so much!
