Need Some Advice for Temp Taking Please

It seems I am taking my temps constantly. I know we're supposed to take them

every 3 hours and I do, but they seem erratic (for the day). For example, they

often drop very low right before I am ready for my next dose of t3 and then an

hour later they go very high before coming back down again to more normal. So

how does this fit in with taking the temps every 3 hours? I mean, if I take them

right before the dose of t3 is due, they look low. If I take them an hour later,

they look high.

Also, I know our temps should not be bouncing around like this, not to this

extent. I think Nick said it is due to not having a steady supply of t3? I mean,

that my body is using it up really fast because my t3 is too low, still. I did

think about low HC, but my temps do go up when I take my next dose of t3. When

my HC is too low or I take too much t3 at a time, my temps drop instead of go

up.

Any advice appreciated!
