>Can't seem to find the answer to this - but I was just wondering - I know you

should take iron supplements and calcium supplements away from thyroid meds, but

does this apply to food as well? i.e. red meat and dairy?

T3 seems OK at the same time as food, T4 does get affected by food.

>Also, how much calcium is too much to take near thyroid meds? There is 200mg of

calcium in my multi - this is a no-no right?

Not sure of detailed numbers but it seems a fair bit. It might be a

good idea to take the T3 nearest the multi sublingually just to be on

the safe side
