I'm very interested in this. As most of you " old timers " know, I had

a marked improvement in my liver function after two things happened.

I stopped having invasive procedures that had caused significant

damage in the past and I started taking SAM-e. These factors may have

nothing to do with my improvement, but I'm not second guessing anything!

Some of the best advice I got in Denver was simply to do what works.

In my case, I added probiotics, antioxidant teas, and Korean ginseng,

and in a month, all of the uc/crohns symptoms went away. I've even

stopped taking all meds for the uc, and haven't looked back since.

I'm glad to hear that there are success stories outside the realm of

traditional medicine!

That's very interesting, i thought my husband was one of the very few

that took SAM-e. What doses do you all take? My husband is taking

the dose recommended for psychiatric usage, just because we couldn't

find any other specific recommendation (although the literature was

clear that it should probably be " more " than that). tx,
