, I'm not posting much due to a lot of personal stress right now, but I

wanted to take a minute to reply to your post. First of all, sorry to hear about

your pain, but it is good that you share with us how it comes on and how bad you

feel. We all understand, so we can listen and know.Have you considered some

extra back and neck support in your truck? There are those massaging seats that

also heat and can be plugged into the lighter on the truck. If that's too much

money, perhaps adding a pillow in the lumbar area would help, and possibly a

neck support pillow. I use a neck pillow for long rides in the car all the time

now, but I imagine it might get in the way a little when driving. I'm just

trying to brainstorm something that might help a bit. You are in my prayers.

Take care.Jeanne in WII started the day w/the usual stiffness,soreness and

moderate pain but after a 45 min. drive in my lil S-10I tensed up and my face

and jaws,neck,head,shoulders down my spine my lower back,hips and thighs and

about every muscle in between started hurting. Now it's 2-1/2 hrs. later and

more pills than I care to mention and the TMJ has NOT stopped my rib cage

hurts,my hands. Now none of what I mentioned is new to me but this is the first

time I've ever posted about an onset ot the possible beginning of a major flare.

I've been in a flare for so long that I don't really bother to take any pills

until after lunch. When I returned home from my little drive I tried to lay down

but I couldn't just lay there in pain. The low bucket seats in my truck are very

adjustable but sometimes finding the right position isn't possible.And sometimes

I feel every bump in the road go up my spine to my head.Does this sound famliar?
