Guest guest
Now, that's something I can relate to. Many times I've had to roll to the floor in order to grab something to help me get up. It's awful. I'm a big advocate of heat. I use my heating pad a lot (sometimes too much because I burn myself), but it does ease it up. along with some meds. My old PCP said that when you can move that way a lot of times there is some arthritis there. I know I have arthritis in my tailbone and knees. thrown from too many horses and motorcycles. Thinking of trying to ride horses again though. I figure I don't have to stand to do that. I could NOT bend my back and had to pull myself out of bed by rolling onto my knees onto the floor. It was horrid. I have a cough and every time I coughed the pain in my right lower back was excruciating. ICK. What a bad day. The pain in my back did let up in about an hour after I took my pain medication. I just don't understand this disease sometimes. Of course, it was really cold here this morning and I know that cold weather is my enemy. Well, take care all, love and hugs and goodnight, Debra V. --------------------------------- Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Mobile. Try it now.
