Guest guest Posted July 12, 2009 Report Share Posted July 12, 2009 How's that for some lovely bowel friendly food? =D I think that's advanced for intro - maybe I'm nuts ??? or jealous!!! but I'm having SOUP 3/day at least yogurt plain grilled chicken plain as needed 1 porterhouse steak grilled (I've broiled a few times in the past - caused a grease fire once -so grill for me daily - LOL - but I seemed disturbed after it for 1st time - my insides must be real wacked out - especially for soup to not work yet (don't tell mom and my hubby LOL - i have faith - it will work!!!
