Tonight National Geographic will show Witness: Tornado Swarm 2011 at 8 pm CST

I was born in Oklahoma. I grew up here. If you wanted to know what makes a tornado and how mean and nasty it can get - here it is.

We have the Fifth Season shown every year on our local station and the Texas and it goes to the schools in town and the county - basic weather safety.

Someone made a crack on a local egroup when I posted a Tornado watch for us - a really stupid one - I found it the next morning - all I said was - people died last night - watch or warning - take cover and stay there until it is all clear.
