Sounds excellent! Dill is very much a summer herb in Sweden – the new potatoes are cooked with dill, herring is pickled with dill (that's not the only type of pickled herring, but one of the main types), and crayfish, traditionally eaten in August ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crayfish_party ), is boiled with a lot of dill .love/Reb>> I would add some dill to it.
