Guest guest
Hi, !I am amazed at how much you have done with little help already! I don't have experience with SSI, but YOU NEED A LAWYER! Most will work on your behalf on what is known as a 'contingency' basis: if they don't get you success, you owe them nothing. I would 'google' SSI LAWYERS FLORIDA and see what comes up. Most lawyers have information right on their website about how they work. I wish you the best of luck and admire your reaching out for help. Ladies reading this may laugh when I say that mostMen don't ask for help, OR directions, so you truly are special! All the best, I got turned down from Social Security and I was wondering if anyone who lives in Florida know the Florida Procedures? And what are the stuff that SSI expects from a Autistic Man in order to qualify. I have a work record but Does that stop a Austic Man from being able to have SSI? When it comes to where they ask what do you do on your free time, my Mom told me to put you get out of the house, take walks, exercise. She told me to put that because she thinks if I put stay home that she would think SSI would deny me because they would think I am trying to get something for nothing. So this time I added that I stay home and don't leave the house. Can anyone tell me what you guys put down on your applications when you applied for Social Security? Something that could give me pointers. Anything you can share with me would be much and most appreciated. Thank You and have a good weekend. =
Guest guest
To be eligible for SSI you may not have more than $2,000.00 in assets. You must also be unable to do the things that are considered typical for someone your age. If you are able to work and be independent they may not consider you "disabled". Also I beleive that IQ is also a factor. If you ahve a work record, depending on how much you have worked, earned and paid into the system you may be eligible for SSDI. Check with the Social Security side of the program. To: sList From: peppe.1980@...Date: Sat, 1 Sep 2012 04:34:53 +0000Subject: Hi All, here. I have a few SSI Questions.
