Hi Nell,

Would you mind reviewing for me what worked for your son with

infection and immunity?

I still get frequent viral infections (and a couple bacterial

infections in the last year) and I must plan out what I can do to get

my immune system working better.

I take more than the basics of Andy's supplements and am thinking of

including others (like lysine and arginine I take some of the time, I

ordered Neutrophil plus, I have OLE and some of the antivirals).

I found last winter when I had a viral infection I hit it with all the

antivirals in the house and that still wasn't enough. I need a new

'plan'. Once the virus hits I'm not that great in the thinking arena.
