Guest guest
Hi there, I am having a very bad day today. I am so down and just thinking that I can't go on like this. I came off the birth control pill a couple of weeks ago (Dianette), and it looked like things were getting a little better. But yesterday I crashed AGAIN and since then I am feeling horrible. I am so fatigued, very depressed, don't want to see anybody and my body is completely out of control. I look awful, and I have to say that I find my body simply disgusting. I have cellulite everywhere, i.e. arms, legs, bum, belly... It is so hot outside, and I am wearing baggy things to hide every single part of my body. I am losing sooo much hair and my skin is bad. I used to work as a model, and now I just look terrible. I've got so much water retention - or is it fat??!! - that walking is uncomfortable, as everything is wobbling. I used to do martial arts, now I can't even walk up the stairs.. I so want my old life back! Now I just want to sleep and sleep and sleep.. I am so desperate! I have tried so many things, i.e. diets, tablets etc... nothing seems to work!! Please can you give me some advice?
