Hi Patti,

I don't know if it will help your specific problem but I had on/off tear duct

and eyelid

twitches for about a year, it disappeared with a Magnesium/Taurine supplement. I

think it

was the Taurine.

I thought that my eyelid twitch was related to low potassium. Seeing

as you are on lasix your doctor should be following your potassium level.

If you find that low potassium isn't the culprit I agree it might be

magnesium and taurine. I supplement those as well and don't have

eyelid twitching anymore.

It was my left eyelid too.

I think Patti's talking about having had the eye surgery, Lasik, not being

on the diuretic, Lasix.

---There are alternatives to Lasix - drugs which are " potassium sparing " .

Thank you for the advice and encouragement on eyelid twitching. From all of

your feedback, I assume that I should try Magnesium Taurate and follow through

with the chelation program. Between these two, perhaps I will find some

relief.

Regarding Magnesium Taurate, I noticed that the " rapid relief from depression

using magnesium " website also strongly recommends Magnesium Taurate and I was

just reading last night the info on this.

(a previous comment is correct, I was talking about lasik surgery, rather than

lasix medication)

Regarding chelation, I find it interesting that light seems to activate it,

which is also a factor in mercury toxicity.
