Guest guest
Hi: I have been battling a very persistent form of CFS, and I have been chelating in AC protocol for 89 rounds. I took my last amalgams off 3 years ago, in June 2004. My MD says there is nothing she can do for me and has sent me to an homeopath and I have felt some improvement on the remedy. Not enough to function, though. I must admit that I am not bed-bound like I was up to a year ago, so the chelation has brought some progress, yet it is excruciatingly slow. These are my test results, they are about a month old. I had been taking over 30 supplements a day for a couple of years. CORTISOL, AM in range, 13.4 CORTISOL, PM in range, 5.07 DEHYDROEPIANDROSTERONE out of range, 1355, High (reference range 140- 850. I had been taking 75mg of DHEA daily for energy). FREE THYROXINE 1.53 in range PROGESTERONE 1.37 in range T3 TOTAL 85.5; reference range 84-172 T3 UPTAKE 37.6 High; reference range 24-35 T3, FREE 2.56; reference range 1.8-4.2 T4 TOTAL 7.45, in range THYROID ANTIBODIES THYROGLOBULIN AUTOANTIBODIES in range ANTITHIROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES in range B. BURGDORFERI IgG&IgM RFLX IB BANDS (NY) Negative Any comments? Dehydroepiandrosterone and T3 uptake are high, maybe because of supplements? Which ones should I avoid now? May I have subclinical deficiencies? What can I do about this? Raquel
