eleuthro siberian ginseng, for adrenals?

last month i started taking Herb Pharm eleuthero tincture (per

Buhner's protocol for lyme), which i understand can help adrenals. but so

far, i notice pattern of one day having few hours of more energy than

normal, so i do more than normal, then crash later in day. next day, very

weak and far less energy than normal, can't do anything. this repeats. i'm

taking 4 dropperfuls once a day at noon when i get up.

has anyone used eleuthro for adrenal support? any ideas how eleuthero would

combine with ortho adrene forte?

trying to sort out adrenal support issue.
