This has been an amazing discovery for me. I was inching up on my hc dose and also am at 40 w/o stable or normal temps. Once I started the salt, my temps started rising, even my basal. I also started taking Nature's Way licorice, just a couple caps a day, but think it is mostly the salt that is helping my adrenals. Ever have aldosterone tested? Guest guest
Dahlia, I have just been using the salt water for the last week or so. It is helping to keep my pulse down. I have been struggling with elevated BP for a couple of months now & I am not convinced that I need to have Aldosterone checked. I am also afraid that licorice would raise my BP even more. I discovered yesterday that I need to be taking my temps at the exact same time every day. I have not been doing that so I am going to back down on the HC to 27.5 & track my temps for a few days. That was the dose that my BP suddenly dropped back to normal. It did not last however because I raised the HC because of unstable temps. I really am afraid of being on too much HC & I want to get this right!!! LOL Gale > > Have you been drinking sea salt during the day? This has been an amazing discovery for me. Yes, you are right, if you have high bp...I struggle with extremely low blood pressure. <I discovered yesterday that I need to be taking my temps at the exact same time every day.
