Guest guest
Ness I think I am working out that you can have good rounds and bad rounds, and it largely depends on whether your body is dumping mercury of its own accord at that time, or not. It could be that you're feeling dreadful because your body is already offloading some mercury, and so is stressed already. Chelation then mobilises more mercury, so your symptoms are worse. If you chelate when you aren't dumping mercury, then not so much mercury is on the move, and you feel better. That's certainly been my experience. It was very noticeable when I introduced ALA - the first round was great, the second dreadful - the dose was the same. I guess the thing is to chelate when you're not dumping mercury, and to be kind to yourself when you are, or chelate anyway, and put up with the side-effects. Headache is a sure sign that there's mercury on the move - maybe think of it as a healing crisis, and you're really getting better. My two cents. Guest guest
--- yes, my adrenals are definitely suffering. I haven't got a virus or anything. I was origionally on cortef (HC) but it was not strong enough for me and only lasts a couple of hours. Plus I am extremely sensitive to the taste - it made me gag every time I took it. I have been MUCH better on the 5mgs Prednisolone as opposed to HC, until I started chelation. I think I need to treat chelation like any other stress/illness and stress dose. That's what I have done the past couple of days and it really seems to be helping. Surely I can't need to drop even lower than 6mg doses of the DMSA?????????? Perhaps this is just a process I need to go through. Have others here had similar problems to start with, with their adrenals, which improved after several rounds?
