I just ordered a copy from the publisher for $43.95 plus $7.75 s/h.

shipping is kinda costly, but the total is still much cheaper than I

could find elsewhere (thanks Val!). At Amazon it was $79.71. At Alibris

you can get a used copy for

$74.77, but a new copy is $105. All in all after obtaining the book

through interlibrarly loan and deciding I do want to own it, given the

price comparisons, I thought the publishers price a good deal even

though it isn't a big book. I wanted to have it, in case I ever run

across an M.D. with a brain.

Oh, you can be sure I would be shouting from the rooftops. I have

actually stopped looking for a good doc. At this point, I'd have to

literally stumble across one. LOL.
