Tina, what brands does Dr. recommend in his book? I am looking at it

right now and do not see brands listed (page 209 starts the cell extract

section).

Has anyone had good results using the ones Dr. recommends in his

book or another brand of cell extracts to rebuild the adrenals?

:)

My husband and I both used 's Adrenal Rebuilder and thought we

felt positive results. It is expensive and probably not strong enough

if you're in a later stage, but it was a good starting point for us.

The first thing I noticed was that I suddenly got tired around 11 p.m,

instead of staying up till 2-3 a.m. like I had usually done. So it

must've been correcting my cortisol rhythm. It also would tone down

the vibrating I had at night, which might be low cortisol shakes. We

stayed on it for 6 months, like it recommends, and then moved on to HC

and Armour. I'd already been on Armour, but that's a new med for DH,

and he hasn't had near the hard time raising that others have had. So

I wonder if the Adrenal Rebuilder allowed some adrenal healing so that

when he did start, it wasn't so bad.
