Guest guest
Hi all. Some more questions. If you have any opionion/answer to any of these I would appreciate it. 1) If I dye my hair, will this ruin the hair sample for the analysis? I plan to use DDI labs. 2) What does Andy Cutler say if anything about Nickel bridges. Is it imperative I get that removed before starting chelation? I am in the proces of removing my amalgams now. 3) Is it important to be working with a physician during chelation to check that mineral levels are okay. Or can this all be done without a physician. I would prefer to do it on my own without a physician due to lack of health insurance. Thanks

You can either sample before you dye your hair, use a sample of pubic hair, or wait for the roots to grow out before sampling. If you go to the DDI website and look at the essential elements hair test it should tell you how many months you have to wait after hair dye before sampling. I am in the > proces of removing my amalgams now. > I think that nickel bridges are ok. This question has been asked many times in autism mercury. If you go to www.onibasu.com, search the autism mercury group using key words - andrewhallcutler nickel bridge - you should be able to come up with some posts. > 3) Is it important to be working with a physician during chelation to > check that mineral levels are okay. No. DMSA, DMPS, and ALA do not chelate minerals out to any significant extent. What happens is that minerals are in short supply in toxic people and they get used up quickly during detoxification. Andy's protocol has that covered because of the basic supplements that he recommends. > Or can this all be done without a > physician. Yes, Andy's protocol can be done without a physician. Many people will be able to chelate with Andy's protocol without any significant problems. It is only the ones who have advanced poisoning that has caused some significant problems who would need support from an expert and they would be better to consult with or Andy because most doctors have no clue about chelation.
