Is there a tongue or mouth dr that teaches a child with autism to speak.

My daughter is autistic, non verbal. She's 5. I heard someone say that there is

a dr that works with tongue, mouth exercise to stimulate speech . Does anyone

know of the type of dr or referral I need. She has medicaid. Also I need a great

neuroligist that will help. Please help me.
